The Bone & Joint Center of Seattle accepts most major insurance providers.
We encourage you to become familiar with your insurance coverage. Many insurance providers require prior authorization for surgeries. Some restrict which outside services can be utilized for laboratory and x-ray services. Understanding the requirements of your insurance providers can help you better plan for coverage and avoid unanticipated out-of-pocket costs.
If you do not have insurance coverage or are on a non-contracted plan, we require that all office visits be paid at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks and Visa or Master Card.

If you don’t comply with the requirements of your insurance carrier, you will be held personally responsible for any fees incurred. Patient’s Without Insurance Coverage:
If you do not have insurance coverage or are on a non-contracted plan, we require that all office visits, injections and elective procedures be paid at the time of service. If you’re not certain whether your plan is accepted, please click here (link to list of accepted plans). For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks and Visa/Master card. We do extend a 20% discount for all patients paying cash at time of service.
